We strive to be a theatre for everyone and work hard to be as accessible as possible. We’re constantly thinking of ways to improve our service and we always welcome feedback from our audiences, so please get in touch if there is any way we can make your next visit even better.
Call us on 0121 236 4455 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer Recite Me on our website, which can be enabled by clicking the round icon on the bottom left of your screen. The icon opens a toolbar at the top of the page. To turn off Recite Me click the red cross on the tool bar positioned top right in your screen.
There are four disabled parking bays on Cambridge Street for any audiences with access requirements. Blue badge parking is also available at the Brindley Drive car park.
We welcome guide dogs throughout the theatre; they can be taken into the auditorium or left with a member of staff during the performance. Just let us know what you prefer when making your booking.
We offer facilities on the ground floor. Due to renovations, the toilets on the mezzanine level are closed.
Step Free Access
Wheelchair seating is available for every performance in all of our spaces. The lift access to the first and second floor is temporarily closed due to refurbishments.
We offer an up-to-date Hearing Assistance system in all three of our auditoria. All of our counters are fitted with hearing loops and several members of our Front of House team use BSL.
We offer a multi-faith prayer room at every performance. Contact us for more information or ask a member of the Theatre team on arrival.
Facilities For Families
You’ll find baby-changing facilities in our accessible toilet on the ground floor. We offer discounts for families on most shows. Read more here
We are always looking for ways to improve our access provisions. If you would like to join the conversation, join our next access focus group sessions on
Thu 11 Nov at 3.00pm, Wed 09 Feb at 6.00pm or Thu 05 Mar 10.00am.
Sessions take place on zoom with BSL Interpreters and live captioning.
How we're keeping you safe with Barbara Nice
We’ll be bringing you a new video on our access provisions as soon as renovations have finished. Until then, here’s Barbara Nice and Monike to tell you about our covid safety measures.
