Accessible Parking
As a city centre venue, we do not have any parking facilities. There are four disabled parking bays on Cambridge Street for any audiences with access requirements.
Accessible Toilets
We offer toilets on both the ground floor and mezzanine.
For the female toilets, rows D-F, from seats 1-4 are closest. Please note the ends of row D are wheelchair spaces.
For the male ground floor and accessible toilets, rows D-F, from the end of row to seat 27 are closest.
For the first floor toilets, rows J-M, from seats 1-6 are closest.
Step Free Access
Wheelchair seating is available for every performance in all of our spaces.
Front Door & Lift Access
Our doors are now officially open for you to come and enjoy The Rep following refurbishments. We have a two entrances located opposite the fountains on Centenary Square with ramp and lift access to the box office.
Box Office Counter
Our Box Office features an accessible dropped counter.
Seat Information
Our auditorium seats are 60cm high, 48cm and 48cm deep. There is a handrail on one side of the staircase inside the auditorium. Level entry to the auditorium with step-free seating access is available on rows D & L.
Assistant Animals
We welcome assistant animals throughout the theatre; they can be taken into the auditorium during the performance. Please notify the Box Office when making your booking so we can ensure your seats can accommodate your assistant animal.
Hearing Assistance
We offer an up-to-date Hearing Assistance system in all three of our auditoria. All of our counters are fitted with hearing loops and several members of our Front of House team use BSL.
Prayer Room
We offer a multi-faith prayer room at every performance. Contact us for more information or ask a member of the Theatre team on arrival.
Facilities For Families
You’ll find baby-changing facilities in our accessible toilet on the ground floor.
Breakout Space
During Relaxed Performances, a breakout room is available on the mezzanine floor. This space has sensory lights and toys for audience use.
Audiences Forum
We are always looking for ways to improve our access provisions. Get in touch if you would like to join the conversation. The date for our next forum is to be confirmed.
Sessions take place on zoom with BSL Interpreters and live captioning.
