Terms & Conditions of Sale

Transaction Fee

We charge a non-refundable fee of £3.50 on all transactions. This covers administration costs and enables us to provide a dedicated booking service.

This charge does not apply to Access Register members, Groups of 10+, School Groups and Rep Friends.

Refunds

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.

Ticket Protection

Birmingham Rep offers optional Ticket Protection to protect your transaction through the provider Ticket Plan.

For a fraction of the cost of your tickets, Ticket Protection allows you to re-coup 100% of the paid ticket price (including the associated transaction fee) if you are unable to make it to your event. Ticket Protection must be purchased at the same time as your ticket purchase, it cannot be purchased retrospectively. One Ticket Protection item must be purchased per ticket to ensure all tickets within your transaction are protected.

Full terms and conditions of Ticket Protection

Please note, this is not an insurance policy nor covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Any refund will be managed by Ticket Plan Group on behalf of Birmingham Rep.

To claim your refund, please visit www.ticketplangroup.com/refund-application-form and complete an online refund application form, or email refunds@ticketplangroup.com in order to request a refund application form as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of circumstances that may lead you to request a refund.

Offers/Concessions

Only one offer or concession can be applied per ticket. Offers and concessions are subject to availability and may be capped.

Reservations

Reservations must be paid for within three working days of the reservation (or before 1 hour prior to the performance if your reservation is made within three days prior to it).

Tickets Exchanges

Ticket exchanges are subject to availability and are only possible for the same production. An exchange will incur a fee of £2 per ticket, and is available up to 24 hours before the performance, subject to availability. A price difference may occur.

Reprinting Tickets

Ticket reprints will incur a fee per show, which will vary depending on the number of tickets that you need to be reprinted.

Age Guidelines

Please check the age guideline for specific productions before booking. We ask that you do not bring children under the age of 5 into the auditorium, unless you are attending a Family Production or a specific Relaxed or Chilled Performance.

Babes in Arms

Babes In Arms tickets are available for all Rep family performances for infants under 2 years old and are charged at a nominal rate of £2. Babes in arms sit on the lap of a parent or guardian and do not have access to a seat of their own.

We recommend booking tickets at level access and on the end of a row in case you need to leave the auditorium during the performance.

In addition, we programme Relaxed Performances, which are ideal for anyone who wants to bring a baby to the theatre. Please call the Box Office on 0121 236 4455 or email ticketservices@birmingham-rep.co.uk to book your Babes in Arms ticket and we can advise where best to sit and the theatre’s protocol.
