Ticket Exchanges & Reprints

Ticket Exchanges

Ticket exchanges are:

  • Only possible for the same production
  • Are available up to 24 hours before the performance booked.
  • Subject to a £2 per ticket exchange fee

A price difference may occur when exchanging and exchanges are subject to availability.

This £2 exchange fee is waived for Rep Friends.

Reprinting of Tickets

If you lose your physical ticket and require a reprint of your tickets, the following fees will apply:

  • 1 to 9 tickets – £2 per show
  • 10 to 19 tickets – £5 per show
  • 20 to 49 tickets – £7.50 per show
  • 50+ tickets – £10 per show

The above fees are waived for Rep Friends

E-tickets

If you have booked an e-ticket, no charge is applicable if you need your ticket resent to you by email.

E-tickets can also be downloaded from your online Rep account. Just log in and select the ‘E-tickets’ link under your account settings.
