We are thrilled to finally unveil the full cast of our hugely anticipated production of Sweeney Todd The Demon Barber of Fleet Street!
Direct from his The House directorial debut in our very Brummie version of A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Sat 25 Apr – Sun 24 May), our very own Artistic Director Joe Murphy will also be directing Sweeney Todd The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, which has been designed by by award-winning designer Elin Steele.
Running in The House from Sat 4 Jul – Sun 9 Aug, we previously announced that the production will star West End, Broadway and international musical theatre star Ramin Karimloo (Phantom of The Opera, Les Misérables, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, The Addams Family) as the title role of Sweeney Todd; award-winning radical entertainer, Meow Meow (Emma Rice’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Guys and Dolls) as Mrs. Lovett; and three-time Olivier Award-winning actor David Bedella (& Juliet, In The Heights, Jerry Springer: The Opera) as Judge Turpin.
