Young Rep Backstage

Young Rep Backstage is a fully funded course for those aged 18-25 who are interested in a career in backstage theatre. It will run from the end of September 2023 until the end of July 2024. Those on the course will learn skills in Lighting, Sound, Stage Crew, Stage Management, Wardrobe and Workshop.

Participants will then specialise in one area from January and use that skill to support the Young Rep Summer Festival in July 2024.

Our aim is for the programme to be fully accessible and will work with people to meet their access needs.
