Young Rep Backstage

About The Course

Rep Backstage is a fully funded course for those aged 18-26 who are interested in a career in backstage theatre.

The course will run from Jan – May 2026 and will cover skills in Lighting, Sound, Stage Crew, Stage Management, Wardrobe, Scenic Art and Workshop. Participants will take part in masterclasses and workshops in all areas of production, and work closely within one department here at The Rep to develop skills in that area.
