Recommended age 16+

Idiots Assemble – Spitting Image Saves The World is a satirical comedy based loosely on current and recent UK and world events.  This live show is based on the mainstream TV programme from the ’80s and ’90s and the more recent Britbox TV show of the past few years.

The production features over 100 puppets of well-known faces from across popular culture and politics – all of whom are subjected to Spitting Image’s trademark caricature.  The tone of the comedy ranges from celebratory send up to sharp and sometimes gross ridicule.  As such, all parts of the show reflect current and recent world events as well as viewpoints of politicians and celebrities. The comedy comments critically on actual UK and International government policies.

Idiots Assemble Spitting Image Saves The World contains very strong language and content of a sexual nature.  The puppets demonstrate racist, misogynist, ableist, and anti-migrant, views. There is also a comic depiction of death.

The production contains flashing lights, haze and some loud bangs and flashes.
