Tracey Orr

Tracey is an experienced commercial Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources leader, and a member of our Board of Trustees.

Tracey is an experienced commercial Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources leader having spent 37 years working in the Co-operative movement. She brings considerable business transformation experience together with people expertise. 

Having completed her executive career in 2021 Tracey has pursued a non-executive career with a number of appointments in the Sport and now Arts sector. Currently Tracey is senior independent director on the board of Warwickshire County Cricket Club and a member of both their Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee, acting as Board Sponsor for the development of the Women’s Game 

Tracey also serves as a non-executive director of the Civil Service Sports Council where she is chair of the Appointment Committee. Previously she was an associate non-executive director at Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership Trust and chair of the Workforce Committee as well as a non-executive director at Auriga Services, a midland based public benefit entity. 

 A declared fan of theatre and of the Rep in particular, Tracey says: ‘As a Birmingham resident I am a long-time admirer of The Rep, both of its standing in the arts sector but also the key role it plays in supporting communities and enterprise.’
