Deputy Head of Workshops - Closing noon Monday 24th August

This role comprises fabricating and finishing scenic elements to a high standard in a safe and efficient manner and contributing to the
supervision and maintenance of the construction department.
This role requires someone multi-skilled in carpentry, metalworking, and prop making, along with previous experience supervising a workshop or working within a similar team environment. You will be a proactive problem solver, capable of managing multiple tasks, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and supporting the successful delivery of projects. This person will need to engage readily with the Rep Production departments’ shared sustainability ambitions and contribute news ideas and suggestions for the continual improvement of our processes.
Pay: £35-40,000 per annum

Hours: 39 per week, full-time

HR Co-Ordinator - Closing noon Wednesday 26th August

You’ll provide administrative and first-line advisory support across the employee lifecycle.  This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, maintaining accurate records, supporting HR initiatives, and helping to foster a positive and efficient workplace culture.

Pay: £30,000 per annum
