Bradley has over a decade of experience in leading digital campaigns and creative strategies across the West Midlands, and a member of our Board of Trustees.

Bradley has over a decade of experience in leading digital campaigns and creative strategies across the West Midlands as Head of Marketing & Communications at Punch Records and Head of Storytelling at Beatfreeks, collaborating on hundreds of projects with organisations such as CBSO, Google Arts & Culture, LinkUp TV, Centrala, Aston University, Bullring and The RSC.

Bradley joined the voting academy for The BRIT Awards in 2025, was announced as a finalist for Best Advertising Campaign at the We Are Creative Awards, and became Media Secretary for Birmingham’s biggest LGBTQ+ running club, Birmingham Swifts – bringing in partnerships with the likes of Vita Coco. Additionally he has been the Communications Lead for TEDxYouth@Brum, worked as a Consultant for Bristol Black History Month and delivers masterclasses and talks on Communications and Storytelling to students & emerging artists.
