Events and Technical Project Manager - Closing Friday 19th December

Unique Venues Birmingham (UVB) is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of all technical elements across our diverse portfolio of conferences, events, and hospitality activities within The REP and the Library of Birmingham. You will manage and coordinate all technical operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality event delivery, and safe working practices. You will lead a team of Technical Managers, technicians, freelancers, and casual staff, acting as the primary technical contact for clients throughout the planning and delivery process.

Pay: £37,000 per annum

Employment Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Sales and Events Coordinator - Closing Friday 19th December

The Sales & Events Co-ordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales & Events team. Managing the end to end function from sales to final details. This role is also responsible for delivering sales and organising and supporting the delivery of all UVB events across the Rep and the Library of Birmingham.

Pay: £29,928 per annum

Lighting Technician - Closing Tuesday 23rd December

The Lighting Technician will be integral to the efficient running of the Lighting Department and provide technical services to install, operate and maintain staging & technical equipment (primarily lighting but not excluding stage, sound & video) for Birmingham Rep productions, visiting companies and conferences as required. This includes ensuring excellent customer service is consistently provided to staff, customers and visitors to The Rep & UVB events while ensuring the efficient technical management & running of The Rep events & productions. They will ensure that digital technology and sustainability are at the heart of every project.

Pay: £26,810.16 per annum

Employment Type: Fixed term (12 months), annualised

Hours: 2,028 hours per annum (average 39 hrs p/wk)
