Assistant Producer - Closing 29th December 2025
The Assistant Producer will work closely with the Producers to deliver the Rep’s programme of produced and co-produced work, including community work, across our three theatre spaces. Under the direction of the Senior Producer you will be the Rep’s main point of contact for received co-productions. You will be the Producing Lead for the annual Early Years Christmas Show in The Door (alongside any subsequent regional tour), managing the budget, contracting the creative team, liaising with Production, Marketing and Operations to deliver this crucial piece of work for our youngest audiences and their families. In conjunction with the Programming Coordinator this role will lead on scheduling and delivering the Rep’s access provision, coordinating successful delivery of BSL, Captioned, Audio Described and Relaxed performances across our programme.
Pay: Up to £30,826.27 per annum commensurate with experience

Security Concierge - Closing Sunday 11th January 2026
The Security Concierge is integral to the safe management of our public spaces and will often be the first member of staff that our audiences engage with. The welcome the Concierge provides will set the tone of our customers’ experience. Key duties include providing guidance and assistance to visitors and staff, ensuring customer comfort and wellbeing, and delivering excellent service while managing enquiries. A strong security presence is required to deter crime, address anti-social behaviour, and uphold venue safety through monitoring, locking up duties, and supporting emergency evacuation procedures—all carried out with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
Pay: £9,828 per annum (Assistant 3)
Employment Type: Fixed term (March 2027), annualised
Hours: 780 hours per annum (average 15 hrs p/wk)
Stage Technician - Closing Wednesday 14th January 2026
As Stage Technician you will be assisting in installing scenery, maintenance and operating of stage equipment and effects both outside and during performances. This is an opportunity to see and be a part of the creation of productions. The Stage Department is integrated into the wider production process from the white card: working alongside production management and the workshop team on stage effects, logistics and planning. They ensure that digital technology and sustainability are at the heart of every project.
Pay: £26,810.16 per annum
Employment Type: Fixed term (12 months), annualised
Hours: 2,028 hours per annum (average 39 hrs p/wk)
