Youth Board

The Youth Board is a new initiative giving young people the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the vision and direction of The Rep. The Youth Board is made up of Young Rep members and young people from the local community. They provide The Rep Board of Trustees with valuable feedback, organise events, and share the ideas and concerns of their peers with the leadership team. Youth Board have led on wraparound projects for Rep shows, including creating workshops and delivering an open mic night alongside GrimeBoy.
