Description

Following recent government guidelines, please note that all performances of Oliver Twist are cancelled to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). Please find our full statement here.

Born into poverty and misfortune, Oliver Twist escapes the workhouse for a life of adventure where he joins Artful Dodger, Fagin and their mischievous gang of pick pockets. But the enjoyment is short lived as he falls under the influence of the vicious Bill Sikes.

This bold, brutal and beautiful new play of Oliver Twist sends you on a dark adventure through the twisted streets of London. Adapted by award-winning playwright Bryony Lavery (The Lovely Bones,Treasure Island and Frozen), every performance of Oliver Twist will feature the use of integrated creative sign language, audio description and captioning.

Oliver Twist is in association with Ramps On The Moon, following the huge success of previous shows, The Government Inspector, Our Country's Good and The Who's Tommy. Now in its fourth year of seven, Ramps On The Moon is a consortium of seven major UK theatres, of which The REP is a key player, committed to putting D/deaf and Disabled artists and audiences at the centre of their work.

Please note, this thrilling new drama is a play not a musical.
