Are You A Pinball Wizard?
To celebrate the opening of The Who's epic musical, Tommy, we've installed our very own classic pinball machine in the foyer giving audiences the chance to show off their own pinball wizardry and have some plain old-fashioned fun. And first in the queue to try it out were the cast themselves.
William Grint who plays Tommy along with Donna Mullings (Nora), Amy Trigg (Sally), Julian Capolei (First officer/Voice of Tommy/French horn/Alto sax) and Matthew Jacobs-Morgan (Second officer/Voice of Tommy/Flute) took time out from rehearsals to demonstrate how it's done. This new production of Tommy by Ramps On The Moon features creative use of audio description, captioning and British Sign Language interpretation to enhance the experience for everyone.
The stunning retro Tommy pinball machine costs just £1 to play and as well providing a fun challenge to visitors will also help raise money for The REP.
So whether you're a novice at playing the silver ball or an expert 'flipperhead', challenge your plus ones and theatre companions to have a go and help us put the fun into fundraising!
