Cameron James Sutherland
Cameron attends Seaford College in West Sussex. He is a keen football and rugby player and enjoys cricket, swimming and athletics.
Cameron takes part in both tap and modern dance alongside his ballet. In 2014 he auditioned for The Royal Ballet School Junior Associates and was offered a place to start in September of that year. During his three years as a Junior Associate, Cameron was selected for the part of The Smallest Hedgehog in The Royal Ballet's production of Alice's Adventures In Wonderland and had the exciting experience of performing with The Royal Ballet at The Royal Opera House throughout December 2014 and January 2015. He has also attended The Royal Ballet International Summer School at White Lodge in Richmond Park.
His first stage performance was as a member of the Joseph Choir in the National Tour of Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in 2013. Following on from this he joined The Theatre Workshop and has since taken part in several operas, including Carmen, Aida, Nebucco and La Boheme. In November 2014 he played the part of The Boy in the Bill Kenwright adaptation of The Small Hand as well as a TV debut in the drama series Cuffs. Throughout August and September 2016, Cameron played the role of Jan Thomas in Bertie Carvel's production of Strife at The Minerva Theatre in Chichester.
Cameron is thrilled to be returning to play, for a fourth year, the role of The Boy in The Snowman.
