Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Tickets reserved by telephone, email or in person must be paid for within three working days of the reservation. If your reservation falls within three days of your attendance, you have until one hour before the start of the performance to pay in full.
As of 15 January, we now charge a transaction fee of £2.50 on all payment types. This covers administration costs and postage and enables us to provide a dedicated booking service. This charge does not apply to transactions under £10, group bookings over 50 and school group bookings. We also waive this charge if you are a REP Friend.
Please talk to a member of our BOX office team if you require further information.
Discounts and Concessions
Concessions are not available for all performances. Not all concessions are available online. They are limited and are therefore subject to availability. Only one discount per ticket applies. Any discount priced tickets must be requested at the time of booking and the Sales Team may ask to see proof of entitlement before selling tickets at discount prices. All discounts are subject to availability where applicable and can be withdrawn at the discretion of the Theatre Management without prior notice, and do not apply to tickets already purchased.
Limited Release £10 and £15 tickets
We offer a percentage of seats at £10 and £15 as an alternative to standard concessions across most of our productions.
These are limited and subject to availability. No additional discount or incentive may be applied to this ticket price.
Delivery of tickets
You have the option of printing your tickets at home or having them posted to you. If you book within 4 days of the performance, you will have the option to collect them from the box office. We strongly advise collecting tickets no later than 30 minutes before the start of the performance.
The Access Register is open to customers, and those who book on behalf of those customers, who are restricted in their ability to access the services provided by Birmingham Repertory Theatre, as defined by the Disability Discrimination Act (2005).
A complimentary ticket for an Assisting Companion is available for a disabled person who requires the support of another person to access Birmingham Repertory Theatre and its services. The use of this service is monitored and anyone found to be misusing the service will be removed from the Access Register and their benefits withdrawn.
Exchanges and Refunds
On occasion, exchanges may be available up to 48 hours before the performance. Exchanges are only possible for the same production and will incur a fee of £2 per ticket exchanged. If the exchanged tickets are more expensive, the price difference will be charged.
The Venue Management will not accept tickets for re-sale unless the performance in question is sold out. The re-sale of any tickets taken back by The BOX cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable.
Every effort will be made to ensure the admittance of latecomers within a suitable break in the performance but admission can not always be guaranteed. The layout of a theatre space may sometimes prevent the unobtrusive admission of latecomers and for this reason we regret that we are unable to admit latecomers into the Door Studio.
The Theatre Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the Theatre and to request any ticket holder to leave the Theatre. All tickets are sold subject to the Theatre Management's right to alter the advertised programme or cast in the event of illness or unavoidable cause, without prior notification. The Theatre Management reserves the right, in extreme circumstances, to cancel any performance without notice. Every effort will be made to contact customers in advance and a full refund will be provided. The Box Office will advise all customers regarding suitability of a show for Minors where an age guideline is not advertised. All customers must be accounted for in the auditoria and to this end passes for babes-in-arms are available for our Christmas productions and for First Stages productions. The use of cameras, video and audio equipment within the auditoria is strictly prohibited. Mobile phones, pagers and watch alarms are an irritant to both actors and audience and must be switched off prior to entering the auditorium. Thank you
