Transmissions
The REP’s Transmissions project has given hundreds of 12 to 25 year-olds the tools to bring stories they want to tell to the stage. Working with professional actors, directors and writers, young people discover the craft of playwriting, from first inspiration to seeing their own work up on stage.
Decypher
The REP’s Decypher Collective celebrates the lyrical voices of young writers fusing grime and hip-hop beats to create innovative, urban spoken word theatre.
International Work
The REP’s work with International writers includes an innovative web-based partnership with young Chicago writers, continuing links with writers and schools in China, and playwrights in North America and Europe.
