Recruiting the Actors

What qualities did you look for in your actors?
In the auditions we looked for actors who had an ability to express themselves physically / non verbally as well as an openness; we needed actors who would be able to throw themselves into it as it was going to be a complicated process. Each character has their own quality but all of them have to be able to reflect the energy of children in their performances.
