Speakeasy Theatre-Makers Network

Speakeasy is a networking forum for West Midlands based theatre artists and other practitioners who are interested in knowing more about each other and the local scene.

Speakeasy events are hosted by The REP and The Drum and provide a lively debate on current issues, a scratch n’ pitch opportunity to test out new writing or ideas and practical advice from people in the know on how to get on in the industry. Speakers have included theatre producers, independent artists and representatives from funding bodies.

Topics of previous Speakeasy events include:
