Really looking forward to hearing Mr.Pullman give his thoughts on this new adaptation of his work, on his work in general and hopefully to see plenty of people there.

I couldn't get a ticket for this and am so disappointed as I am writing my dissertation on HDM! If anyone cant make it tonight and possibly has a spare ticket please let me know!

Missed the chat opportunity with Pullman himself (that fabulous writer) which I'm seriously annoyed about of course but wanted to leave a message for Rosie Cowper if that's possible. I did my dissertation on HDM 7 years ago (before anyone had written anything about the books critique wise) and it got me my first class honours so good luck and you'll thoroughly enjoy doing the long slog on such great literature I have no doubt! I'd love to know what your angle is/title of your dissertation. Perhaps you could let me know, I'd be interested to hear your ideas. I've read several of the books written since about Pullman's HDM, critiques etc, but read nothing that I didn't cover in my own work years before, so as I said, I'd be interested if your work offers something new for a fellow Pullman fan. My email, if I'm allowed to state it on this blog site is hayleyevans90 at hotmail.com
