Saw this performance on opening night. I used to think going to the theatre was for the upper classes, not for someone like me, but I'm glad that my view is changing. This play was simply Awesome....and more! The raw emotion, from laughs to pain. Being Asian and having grown up around Black people, the humour at first brought back happy memmories of my childhood.
I knew someone who got shot, a Life taken far too early... brought home to me it all. A play from the heart. Debbie Tucker Green "thank you". You deserve all the praise for a piece so well written and performed.

I saw this play when it premiered at the Royal Court, and itsimply blew me away!
More stories like this need to be told. Less of the actual guns and violence being portrayed on stage, and more of the effects of them.
Honest and thought provoking.
