On a remote island, in the middle of a lake lives a gentle, if lonely, giant.

But to the giant it is they who are the threat. A threat to the giant’s very survival…

Hello! I'm one of the teacher/actors appearing in the production. I just wanted people to understand the style of the performance - it is a piece of participatory theatre where the 'audience' are part of the action throughout. All participants will be part of 'families' in the story and will be involved in roleplay that will help solve a community's dilemma with a neighbouring giant... The roleplay is very safe! Everyone will be in groups and no-one will be expected to make a fool of themselves! Giant and Hero is suitable for children slightly older than the designated age range of 5-7 if accompanying siblings, but much younger children might find the content too wordy. It'll be great! Come!
