By post Please make cheques payable to 'Birmingham Repertory Theatre' and send to: The Box Office, Birmingham Rep, Broad Street, Birmingham, B1 2EP (+70p p&p)
Ticket Agents We are part of a networked box office system for the city.  Our tickets are also available from The Ticket Shop, Central Library, The Hippodrome and The mac, and we are able to sell tickets for their events (subject to certain restrictions).

Tamworth TIC and Beatties of Wolverhampton also operate as ticket agents on our behalf.

Reservations policy Reserved tickets are held for 3 days or until one hour before the performance, whichever is sooner. Programmes may be pre-ordered when booking your seats.  Main house programmes are £3.50 each +75p p&p.  Door programme prices can vary so cannot be pre-ordered.
Exchange/Refund policy We only offer refunds in exceptional circumstances and by arrangement with the Box Office manager.  If you are unable to attend a performance that is fully booked we will offer to re-sell your ticket for a nominal fee of £2.00.  We operate a ticket exchange service, subject to availability, for a fee of £2.00 per ticket.
Concessions policy We endeavour to make our programme accessible to all members of the community by applying generous concessionary prices to most productions and performances.  Please read carefully the pricing information on each production page to ensure that you obtain the relevant discount
Terms and Conditions of Sale Tickets reserved by telephone, email or in person must be paid for within three working days of the reservation. Subject to availability, tickets may be reserved within three days of the performance but must be paid for within one hour of scheduled start time of the performance, after which time they will be released. On receipt of your tickets, please check that your tickets are for the correct performance, date and time as mistakes cannot necessarily be rectified on the day of performance.

Bookings paid for by credit card or debit card will incur a fee of £1.00 per transaction (regardless of the number of tickets booked). Transaction fees are waived if both booking and payment is made through the web-site on-line ticketing service.

Any discount priced tickets must be requested at the time of booking and the Sales Team may ask to see proof of entitlement before selling tickets at discount prices.

All discounts are subject to availability where applicable and can be withdrawn at the discretion of the Theatre Management without prior notice, and do not apply to tickets already purchased. The Theatre Management reserves the right to introduce discounts and price changes without prior notice.

On occasion, exchanges may be available up to 48 hours before the performance. Exchanges are only possible for the same production and will incur a fee of £2.00 per ticket exchanged.

Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances. A handling fee of £2.00 will be charged per ticket refunded.

The Theatre Management will not accept tickets for resale unless the performance in question is sold out. For each ticket re-sold a fee of £2.00 will be charged and the difference forwarded in the form of a cheque.  The re-sale of any tickets taken back by the Box Office can not be guaranteed.

Every effort will be made to ensure the admittance of latecomers within a suitable break in the performance but admission can not always be guaranteed. We regret that we are unable to admit latecomers into the Door Studio.

The Theatre Management reserves the right to:

Refuse admission to the Theatre.

Request any ticket holder to leave the Theatre.

All tickets are sold subject to the Theatre Management's right to alter the advertised programme or cast in the event of illness or unavoidable cause, without prior notification.

The Theatre Management reserves the right, in extreme circumstances, to cancel any performance without notice. Every effort will be made to contact customers in advance and a full refund will be provided

The Box Office will advise all customers regarding suitability of a show for Minors where an age guideline is not advertised. All customers must be accounted for in the auditoria and to this end passes for babes-in-arms are available for our Christmas productions.

The use of cameras, video and audio equipment within the auditoria is strictly prohibited. Mobile phones, pagers and watch alarms are an irritant to both actors and audience and must be switched off prior to entering the auditorium

Thank you
