Rachel is Artistic Director of Birmingham Repertory Theatre, where credits include: Peter Pan, Uncle Vanya, Martha, Josie And The Chinese Elvis, The Wizard Of Oz, Racing Demon, Murmuring Judges, The Absence Of War and The Lady In The Van. Also A Doll’s House (Birmingham Repertory Theatre/UK tour); The Madness Of George III (with West Yorkshire Playhouse) and Arcadia (with Bristol Old Vic).
