Nicholas Asbury

Theatre credits include: Nelson (Southampton Nuffield); The Seagull (Compass Theatre); Oliver Twist (Lyric Hammersmith); Macbeth (Albery, West End); Death Of A Salesman (Compass Theatre); Henry V and The Comedy Of Errors (Propellor/Watermill world tour); The Deep Blue Sea (Northampton Royal); Dracula (New Vic); Pride And Prejudice (Good Co); Dakota, All Day Breakfast (Indent Theatre Co).

Nicholas has just finished in The Histories with the RSC, playing Bushy in Richard II, Pistol in Henry IV Part II and Henry V, the Duke of Somerset in Henry VI Parts I, II and III and Vaughan in Richard III, all directed by Michael Boyd. Also at the RSC: The Seagull directed by Adrian Noble and Pentecost directed by Michael Attenborough.

Writing: Nicholas has written three plays: Trap (1992), Stuck (1994) and Cloche (1994), and his first book Exit Pursued By A Badger is being published by Oberon Books in spring 2009.
