Gwyneth Strong

Gwyneth started her career at 10 years old at the Royal Court Theatre. Her many roles on television include: Real Women, The Missing Postman and New Tricks. She is best known for her role as Cassandra in Only Fools And Horses. Gwyneth has had numerous accolades for her appearances on stage and screen, including Ancient Lights (Hampstead Theatre); Three Sisters (Lyric Theatre); Take A Chance On Me (New End Theatre); When You Cure Me (Bush Theatre); Girls Night (tour).

Films include Bloody Kids (Stephen Frears); Cry Freedom (Richard Attenborough) and Rainy Day Women (Ben Bolt).

Gwyneth is Honorary Patron of Ovarian Cancer Action. She has been involved with the charity over the past four years since her own mother died of ovarian cancer.

Gwyneth’s latest project is a series of accent training CDs with Penny Dyer called Access Accents.
