Audience Ambitions

Whilst the primary function of The REP is to produce a range of theatrical work for audiences in Birmingham and the West Midlands, the company fulfils many other roles through the work of its Learning & Participation, Community Engagement and Literary teams. Between them they ensure that The REP’s work is accessible to the broadest possible range of audiences through participation, involvement and activity. This work is delivered through a range of projects, all of which are designed to engage with new and diverse audiences whilst supporting the key aims of the company’s artistic policy.
